Attentive staff, beautiful rooms, surprises around every corner, delicious food, free bicycles, charming hacienda.

What a surprise to see Vicente Fox, the former president of Mexico, casually mingling with guests at Hacienda San Cristobal! The charming atmosphere and attention to detail in the rooms were delightful. I was enchanted by the whole experience and can't wait to go back. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a charming old hacienda setting with beautiful surroundings. Guests can borrow bikes to explore the crops and enjoy the spa facilities. The underground restaurant is enchanting and the five star cuisine is mouth-watering. The rooms are superbly clean with fresh flowers adding to the pampered experience, and the staff is attentive and supportive to all guests.

Vegetarians may find limited food options in the restaurant.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The hotel facilities were fantastic - from the spa to the bikes available to guests - there was always something to keep me occupied. Additionally, the staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel so welcomed. The breakfast was also a highlight for me, with a mix of traditional Mexican foods and other options.

The food options at the restaurant were limited, especially for vegetarians, and we had to go to the closest town to find more options. the Wi-Fi connection was poor, and sometimes was not working, creating a bit of a hassle for us.

We had an amazing romantic escape! The property was stunning, with fresh flowers everywhere and the staff was incredibly attentive. We loved exploring the surrounding crops on complimentary bicycles and the spa was perfect for relaxation.

This hotel is a true oasis! The lush garden areas and sun terrace create a peaceful and exclusive atmosphere. The Spa centre is a true haven of well-being with a stunning outdoor swimming pool, sauna and massage area. The service was exquisite, and staff worked hard to fulfill my every request. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The highlight was the private facilities, including a lovely balcony and in-room breakfast that made my stay a luxurious experience.

There was one minor issue with noise coming from traffic outside of the hotel. Despite the stunning décor of the restaurant and bar/lounge area, the dinner was not as exceptional as I anticipated.
